Fort Picklecombe slipway
This private slipway is part of Fort Picklecombe, a Victorian coastal fort built between 1864 and 1871 to help defend Devonport, converted into residential apartments in the early 1970s. It sits on the Rame Peninsula shore near Picklecombe Point, overlooking Plymouth Sound.
