Catfirth slipway
This slipway launches onto Catfirth, a voe on the east coast of Shetland Mainland in South Nesting whose entrance is partly sheltered by the island of Little Holm. The firth's depth and shelter once made it home to RAF Catfirth, a First World War flying-boat base that operated from 1917 to 1919.
