Chepstow slipway, The Back
This slipway is on The Back, a riverside street in Chepstow, and gives access to the tidal River Wye near the town's historic quay. Gloucester Harbour Trustees regulate navigation on this reach of the Wye up to Bigsweir Bridge, and the Severn Estuary's tidal range here is among the largest in the world.
