Gilestone Put-in, River Usk
This launch point sits on the River Usk at Gilestone, on the edge of Talybont-on-Usk in the Brecon Beacons. Paddling on this stretch of the upper Usk runs under a seasonal access arrangement negotiated by the Wye and Usk Foundation with riverside landowners, rather than a general right of navigation.
