Southease put-in (Lewes)
This slipway sits on the west bank of the tidal River Ouse (Sussex Ouse) just north of Southease's 1880s swing bridge, facing Mount Caburn. The swing mechanism has not been opened since 1967, and the site is the remains of a historic slipway rather than a maintained boat ramp.
