Highfields Lake put-in (Dunkirk, Nottingham)

Highfields Lake is an artificial boating lake in Highfields Park, formed from the Tottle Brook and enlarged into a boating lake by Jesse Boot around 1920 to 1926. It borders the University of Nottingham's University Park campus in the Dunkirk area of the city, and a 2015 National Lottery grant funded de-silting and restoration work aimed at reintroducing recreational boating.
