Trent Bridge put-in (Nottingham)
A put-in on the River Trent's north bank in Nottingham, within the Trent Basin riverside development, close to the Nottingham Sea Cadets unit T.S. Orion and a little upstream of Holme Pierrepont's National Water Sports Centre.
The slipway sits within Trent Basin, a low-energy riverside neighbourhood built since spring 2016 on the site of the former Trent Lane Depot, which the developer describes as "Nottingham's largest Trent-side cargo facility, and indeed the largest on the Trent."
Nearby
A café inside a car showroom on Waterside Way, a couple of minutes' walk from the slipway.
A public campsite for tents, caravans and campervans, reachable along the riverside path.
WebsiteConditions to check
Meadow Lane Lock, where the Nottingham & Beeston Canal rejoins the river after bypassing the unnavigable loop through the city centre, lies a short way upstream.
