Sourin slipway, Rousay
This slipway sits on Nethermill Road in the Sourin district on the east coast of Rousay, Orkney, launching onto Rousay Sound near the Holm of Scockness. The sound separates Rousay from Egilsay, runs strong tidal streams that support maerl beds, and has been a Nature Conservation Marine Protected Area since 2014.
