Mochras Causeway slipway, Llanbedr (Shell Island side)
This slipway is at the western, Shell Island end of the Mochras Causeway over the Afon Artro estuary. The causeway is a low-tide-only vehicle crossing to Mochras, a privately owned peninsula formed when the river was diverted here in 1819.
