Shustoke Sailing Club runs from the shoreline, and this slipway is one of two close together giving access to the water.

Warwickshire, EnglandCoombe Pool is the main lake in Coombe Abbey Country Park near Coombe Fields, in the Borough of Rugby, an artificial lake formed in 1771 when Capability Brown dammed the Smite Brook and running about 1.5 miles long over roughly 90 acres. Coventry City Council manages the park, including its fishery, and the on-site hotel hires out rowing boats and pedalos on the lake.

Warwickshire, EnglandThis slipway serves Springwood Haven Marina, a mooring basin on the Coventry Canal at Camp Hill, near Nuneaton, with around 45 permanent moorings for boats up to 70 feet. The Canal and River Trust requires a waterways licence for canoes, kayaks and paddleboards on its canals, with a Paddle UK waterways licence accepted as an alternative.

Warwickshire, EnglandThis slipway drops onto the River Avon at Barford, a village on the A429 south of Warwick. The stretch lies above Alveston Weir, upstream of the formally managed Avon navigation that runs from there down to Tewkesbury.
